Anne, as office manager will be your first contact when you visit the office.

With a varied background in administration, customer service and training she puts her skills to use to ensure a pleasant and welcoming experience for you.
When not working she enjoys spending time with her family.

Daniela was born in Winnipeg to parents who are teachers. Daniela has resided in Kelowna with her fiancée for the past few years. Her passions, aside from her practice, are her 6 day a week yoga practice, fitness training, teaching and practicing Eastern dance, spending time with her fiancée and simply experiencing the beauty of nature and its elements.
Daniela’s love for skin care drew her to the Winnipeg Scientific Marvelle Esthetics program and she graduated in 1999. While working as an Esthetician, Daniela was introduced to holistic beauty therapy. She began began mixing her own herbs for facials, making her own masks, venturing into aromatherapy and working with different botanicals. Daniela furthered her training by adding Reflexology and Kinesiology.
Having had tremendous success eliminating depression by receiving BodyTalk, Daniela took her first BodyTalk System course in 2003. She soon realized that some of the skin conditions she was working with involved more than just the skin; the underlying cause was an imbalance in the body. By using BodyTalk many conditions were corrected quickly. Daniela found that by combining BodyTalk and beauty treatments the skin was better able to receive the benefits of the products that were being used.
Daniela has taken all 9 modules of BodyTalk as well as advanced courses; Right Brain, Freefall, Breakthrough and Mindscape. She intends to become a BodyTalk Access instructor. Daniela has a drive to upgrade her studies and is currently a student of PaRama.

Debbie grew up in St. Albert, Alberta, and moved to Kelowna in 1988. She raised her 4 children in the beautiful Okanagan.
Debbie has been focused on natural health for the past ten years. The doctors had no answers for the problems she was having, she took it upon herself to find a way to heal after many surgeries. Debbie started to investigate natural alternatives such as Kinesiology, Energy Work, Naturopaths, Chiropractors, Sound Therapy and Psycho Kinesiology.
In 2003, Debbie studied Acupressure Massage, Reflexology, Touch For Health, Psych-K, Quantum Touch and EFT Workshops. Amazed at the body's ability to heal itself she wanted to learn more. That's when she discovered BodyTalk. Debbie has studied modules 1,2,3,4,7,8A, Access, Freefall, Mindscape, Breakthrough and AnimalTalk. She continues to study and is currently a PaRama student. Debbie is looking forward to growing her practice here with people and Animals.

Winnie Hunt M.ED., R.C.C. Trager Practitioner, Registered Clinical Counsellor
Winnie received an amazing Trager session and went on to become a Certified Trager Practitioner in 1985. She sponsored Trager trainings and had a private practice in Kingston, Ontario. Now she practices Trager in the Okanagan and has offices located in Vernon, Kelowna and Penticton BC. Winnie uses Trager principles in her work as a group facilitator as well as in individual Trager sessions. Most recently, she has worked with Dynamic Well-being groups, for individuals who are making lifestyle changes.
She is curious about how her clients translate increased feelings of lightness, ease, and mobility into self-care movements generating flexibility and feelings of freedom in daily life.
Winnie communicates "hook-up," the nickname that Dr. Milton Trager coined for the meditative state of consciousness, the peaceful connection that is the essence of The Trager™ Approach.
One client's story goes like this: "I'm getting a sense of what's under my chronic anxiety. The Trager sessions keep reminding me of a gentle supportive place that is always available whenever I slow down enough to experience it."
Winnie refers to Trager as "mindfulness in motion" or a softer, lighter relationship with self. To convey this easier, less stressed way of being in the world, Winnie nudges and rocks the person receiving the session so that they experience gentle, free-flowing, dance-like playful movements. This relaxed meditative state of consciousness is called "hook-up" to convey the peaceful connection that is the essence of the Trager approach.
Winnie has been a Certified Trager Practitioner since 1985, has offices in Kelowna and Vernon, and gives either personal sessions or group workshops. She uses the Trager approach for group sessions called "Spirited Walking."
