Andre started his journey as a teenager who wanted to get fitter for sports in high school. This led to training and BCRPA certification as a personal trainer. This field not only provided the basic understanding of the human body and supplements but also a desire and hunger to learn more.

After a hiking injury Andre tried acupuncture to alleviate the problem. One treatment is all it took and the problem resolved. Andre was hooked and enrolled in the Doctorate program at the International College of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Victoria and finished his fifth year and earned his Doctorate at the Oshio College of Acupuncture and Herbology. He has also been a vitamin advisor in the health food industry for over ten years.
Andre owned and operated Sunshine Medicine, a holistic health clinic in Grand Forks, BC for 5 years. He focused on combining cutting edge technology and traditional diagnosis and treatments. Andre started to focus on non invasive ways to trigger the points so the average person wouldn't be intimidated of the treatments. This led to the incorporation of plasma sound technology, cosmetic facial rejuvenation and acupressure facelift.
Andre also taught classes on using food as medicine at Selkirk College. He has a passion for herbs, supplements and energetic diet therapy.
Andre was trained to run a general practice and can help with most health concerns, help you look and feel younger without the need for botox, without the side effects of laser and surgery. His treatments are truly a unique experience that can turn back the hands of time!

Candy moved from Victoria to Kelowna in 2009 and joined our team at Okanagan Natural Care Centre in 2010, providing counselling sessions as well as Reiki. Candy completed undergraduate degrees in Commerce, Education, and Psychology prior to obtaining her Masters of Education degree in counselling psychology at the University of Victoria in 2007. It was during her first psychology course that Candy knew she had found her vocation.

She became a volunteer counsellor at Beacon Community Services, completing their 250 hours of counselling training and helping adults in her community move forward on their life paths. During her Masters degree, Candy expanded her understanding by working with children and youth in mental health, and by co-facilitating grief and loss groups for teens. After graduating, Candy worked part-time in the school system as a counsellor, and part-time in private practice with adult clients. She has since moved fully to private practice. Candy’s love of learning has inspired her to undertake professional development in somatic transformation therapy, restitution, critical incident response, spirituality, parenting, child development, and subconscious programming. Candy’s area of specialization include: life transitions, loss of meaning, stress management, trauma, anxiety and depression, chronic illness, grief and loss, and parenting.
Candy also completed her master level Reiki training in 2007. Believing in the importance of addressing body, mind, and spirit in healing, Candy felt the need to expand her skills beyond counselling to offer a holistic approach to healing. By combining Reiki and counselling, Candy offers a unique hands-on healing experience designed to access deep-rooted issues and offer healing on multiple levels. While she believes strongly in the effectiveness of combining the two modalities, Candy acknowledges that the needs of each client is different and therefore she also offers counselling and Reiki separately.
Candy loves her work and is very passionate about helping others develop into their potential and reclaim their lives. She invites individuals of all ages into her practice and welcomes clients who are looking to improve their sense of wellbeing.

Daniela was born in Winnipeg to parents who are teachers. Daniela has resided in Kelowna with her fiancée for the past few years. Her passions, aside from her practice, are her 6 day a week yoga practice, fitness training, teaching and practicing Eastern dance, spending time with her fiancée and simply experiencing the beauty of nature and its elements.
Daniela’s love for skin care drew her to the Winnipeg Scientific Marvelle Esthetics program and she graduated in 1999. While working as an Esthetician, Daniela was introduced to holistic beauty therapy. She began began mixing her own herbs for facials, making her own masks, venturing into aromatherapy and working with different botanicals. Daniela furthered her training by adding Reflexology and Kinesiology.
Having had tremendous success eliminating depression by receiving BodyTalk, Daniela took her first BodyTalk System course in 2003. She soon realized that some of the skin conditions she was working with involved more than just the skin; the underlying cause was an imbalance in the body. By using BodyTalk many conditions were corrected quickly. Daniela found that by combining BodyTalk and beauty treatments the skin was better able to receive the benefits of the products being used.
Daniela has taken all 9 modules of BodyTalk as well as advanced courses; Right Brain, Freefall, Breakthrough and Mindscape. She intends to become a BodyTalk Access instructor. Daniela has a drive to upgrade her studies and is currently a student of PaRama.

Debbie grew up in St. Albert, Alberta, and moved to Kelowna in 1988. She raised her 4 children in the beautiful Okanagan.
Debbie has been focused on natural health for the past ten years. The doctors had no answers for the problems she was having, she took it upon herself to find a way to heal after many surgeries. Debbie started to investigate natural alternatives such as Kinesiology, Energy Work, Naturopaths, Chiropractors, Sound Therapy and Psych Kinesiology.
In 2003, Debbie studied Acupressure Massage, Reflexology, Touch For Health, Psych-K, Quantum Touch and EFT Workshops. Amazed at the body's ability to heal itself she wanted to learn more. That's when she discovered BodyTalk. Debbie has studied modules 1,2,3,4,7,8A, Access, Freefall, Mindscape, Breakthrough and AnimalTalk. She continues to study and is currently a PaRama student. Debbie is looking forward to growing her practice here with people and Animals.

Selena is a recent addition to our team at Okanagan Natural Care Centre. Selena relocated from Edmonton, following her passion to assist individuals who are ready for healing, growth, change and are accountable for their own healing process. At our Centre, she offers Therapeutic Touch, The Reconnection/Reconnective Healing, and Intuitive Counseling.
As a child, Selena always had an affinity with nature. She resonates with animal and plant energy and has enjoyed a lifetime of healing her animal, plant, and human friends. Her approach in any healing situation is to “remain child-like” meaning, to have an open heart and mind, to approach life without judgment (only discernment), and to discover and uncover newness in every moment. From a “child-like” perspective, an individual may learn the most about themselves and their environment, without adverse effect (ie., self criticism, self doubt, judgment, mental and emotional triggers, frustration, anger, blame, and shame).
Selena has studied Psychology and Sociology at Grant MacEwan University, and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Metaphysical Sciences at the University of Sedona. Selena feels that no person needs to be “fixed”, a familiar approach to traditional psychology. Instead, she believes that “everyone is perfect, as they are, in this moment,” and that balance is essential to optimum function, health, and wellness. It is from this perspective, one of balance, where she begins to assess a client, assisting in their rebalancing process while moving forward in their personal journey.
Selena has worked with sexual violence trauma survivors for the past 5 years at the Sexual Assault Centre of Edmonton where she volunteered on their crisis line, received the honor of ‘Volunteer of the Year’ in 2007, and worked 2 summer student intern positions with their Public Education team. It was here that she learned the value of supportive listening, working with emotional energies, public speaking, gender studies, as well as understanding trauma (including PTSD) and grounding techniques.
