Agnus Castus (Vitex) – menstrual regulator, promotes progesterone production, improves circulation and tone of female organs

Alfalfa - arthritis, ulcers, liver & pituitary function, asthma, mineral rich. Blood purifier.

Arnica - for bruised muscles, swelling and athletic injuries

Astragalus - immune system tonic, increases metabolism & energy, edema

Barberry Bark – corrects liver function and promotes bile flow

Barley Grass - high in minerals, essential amino acids, vitamins and enzymes, anti-inflammatory

Bayberry Bark - stimulates intestinal movement, reduces bronchial constriction

Bee Pollen - promotes energy and healing. Not for diabetics or young children.

Beet Rt – excellent for the bowels as it stimulates through the liver

Bilberry - eye disorders, night vision, aids circulation

Black Cohosh - asthma, high cholesterol, blood pressure, menstrual cramps, hot flushes

Black Walnut - relieves sores of the mouth and throat, cleanses the body of parasites.

Bladderwrack - thyroid, trace minerals

Blessed Thistle – increases appetite and circulation, brain food

Bloodroot – topical cream for skin irregularities esp. growths

Blue Vervain - sedative and diaphoretic

Buchu - diuretic, urinary antiseptic, acid urine, gravel

Buckthorn - constipation

Burdock Rt. - skin disorders, boils, gout, restores liver function, stimulates immune system.

Butchers Broom - for circulatory disorders, leg cramps, varicose veins, hemorrhoids.

Calamus – stomach problems, to quit smoking

Calendula – infections, colds, mild immune and circulatory stimulation, excellent topical for skin injuries or lesions including burns.

Capsicum (Cayenne) – improves circulation, aids digestion, nausea, rheumatism and arthritis.

Cascara Sagrada – laxative and colon cleanser.

Catnip – stomach upset, gastritis, colic, digestive tonic

Cat’s Claw – anti-inflammatory, esp. for arthritis

Chamomile – nerve tonic, sleep aid, appetite and digestive aid, relieves headaches and cramps.

Chaparral – bacterial, viral & parasitic infections. Very bitter. Caution
